Japanese language courses

Outline Japanese language courses
Japanese classes are held 3 times a week by the members of "Ayumi no Kai" and volunteer teachers for those who live or work in Ota City and want to study Japanese.

Purpose
To teach beginner students basic Japanese so that they can handle easy everyday conversation and to teach intermediate students how to read and write; as well as to learn about one another's customs and culture while having a good time studying Japanese and learning to live together.

Method
Students are separated into groups according to their ability and are taught using various worksheets, materials designed by the teachers, and a textbook written by the city.
