Consultation Counter
This counter was established so that non-Japanese speakers residing in Ota City could consult about matters regarding life in Japan, in their language or simple Japanese. Advice is mainly given on; tax matters, public housing applications, housing matters, birth certificates, marriage certificates, and other general questions about living in Japan.

- Notification of birth, child-rearing allowance and public assistance consultations can take time, so please come in the early hours.
- Closed on public holidays, Year-End and New Year holidays (December 29 - January 3).
